At Mr.SAYO, we are committed to delivering quality products to our customers. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
🔄 Exchanges (Only for Damaged Products)
We offer exchanges only if the product is damaged during delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Unboxing Video is Mandatory
- A clear unboxing video is required as proof.

The video must show:
- The sealed package before opening
- The complete unboxing process
- Visible damage to the product

Time Limit to Report
- You must report the issue on the same day of delivery.
- Requests made after this timeframe will not be accepted.

Approval Criteria
- Exchanges will be processed only if the damage is clearly visible in the unboxing video.
- Without valid video proof, no exchange will be provided.

⚠️ Important Notes
- Minor variations in color, design, or finish may occur and are not considered defects.
- Damages caused after delivery or due to misuse are not eligible for exchange.
- Products once delivered and accepted cannot be returned or refunded.
