Return & Exchange Policy

At Mr.SAYO, we are committed to delivering quality products to our customers. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

🔄 Exchanges (Only for Damaged Products)

We offer exchanges only if the product is damaged during delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  1. Unboxing Video is Mandatory
    • A clear unboxing video is required as proof.
    • The video must show:
      • The sealed package before opening
      • The complete unboxing process
      • Visible damage to the product
  2. Time Limit to Report
    • You must report the issue on the same day of delivery.
    • Requests made after this timeframe will not be accepted.
  3. Approval Criteria
    • Exchanges will be processed only if the damage is clearly visible in the unboxing video.
    • Without valid video proof, no exchange will be provided.

    • Supporting images (if required)

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Minor variations in color, design, or finish may occur and are not considered defects.
  • Damages caused after delivery or due to misuse are not eligible for exchange.
  • Products once delivered and accepted cannot be returned or refunded.
